Reports to: Executive Director of Information Technology

 

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in computer science or related field or Associate Degree and commensurate experience.
• 3-5+ years in a large multi-site environment.
• Ability to multi-task independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and GPO.
• Familiarity with enterprise-class system configuration and management techniques, solutions, and best practices.
• Scripting experience (e.g. VB Script, Python, Powershell, WinBatch).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft SCCM, InTune, Azure, Windows, and mobile operating systems.
• Understanding of Windows registry.
• High level of understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Positive work ethic and willingness to handle any issue presented.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Description:

• Analyze and correct complex network, software, hardware and printing issues.
• Configuration management, image development & deployment, O/S migration for desktop, notebooks, and mobile devices in a large multi-site environment.
• Serve as subject matter expert for applications, operating systems, software integration, mobile devices, directory services, and phone systems.
• Configuration and management of systems and user environments through GPO.
• Research, evaluate, recommend and implement technology solutions.
• Research, validate, and install software applications, patches, and updates.
• Work with Technology Leads to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
• Assist Helpdesk techs in the troubleshooting service issues.
• Create and maintain systems documentation.
• Support technology system and end-users.
• Provide occasional after-hours support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
